Lever Operated
Quarter-turn lever operation for smaller bore isolation points. Lockable handle, minimal pressure drop, no gasket to replace.
Lever, gear, direct-buried and balancing series for gas, district heating and oil pipelines. Forged carbon steel (ASTM A105 / A350 LF2) or A182 F304 / F316 stainless — DN15 to DN1400, PN16 to PN420. Hydro-tested and traceable by heat number.
Pick the operating type that matches your pipeline. Body, seal design and test standard stay the same — there is no body joint to leak from and no gasket to replace.

A reduction gearbox cuts operating torque enough for single-hand use, so a DN1200 mainline valve still turns by hand.

Extended stem, sealed shaft and 3PE coating for direct burial in district heating and gas mains. No body joint to corrode.

Same welded body, plus V-port trim and a graduated locking dial — so the valve can balance the branch, not just shut it off.
ASTM A105 / A350 LF2 (P235GH) — PN16–PN420, for gas, district heating and oil service
ASTM A182 F304 / F316 / F316L (EN 1.4301 / 1.4404) — 304 is our most requested grade for corrosive and potable water lines
Bodies, balls and stems are machined on CNC centres in Yongjia, then welded, assembled and hydro-tested before coating. The workshop in these photos is the one that builds your order.
